Trusting LOTO: Customer Research
Recently a major French electrical company shared internal research with us that showed that 75% of their accredited electrical workers were not confident in LOTO performed on the electrical equipment they were tasked with working on. The cause of the distrust included:
Lack of confidence in the electrical diagrams provided
Lack of confidence in those performing LOTO
Previous experience with mistakes made by themselves or others
Furthermore, 75% of the workers surveyed confirmed that they had been shocked on the job.
The positive news is that 100% of these workers viewed Proxxi Voltage as complementary to the LOTO process, and trusted that the wristband wouldalert appropriately, providing an additional layer of defense.
