DATA STORAGE

Proxxi Technology securely stores your data on AWS infrastructure in the Oregon region. Proxxi Technology will retain your personal identifiable information (PII) for 5 years from the date of collection or last account activity, whichever is later. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by hashing all PII.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.   • You have the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and have it amended where appropriate.

  • You have the right to withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide services to you.

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca/en/contact-the-opc/ or, for Quebec residents, with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

  • In the event of a privacy breach that poses a real risk of significant harm to you, Proxxi will notify the relevant Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals as required by applicable law.

  • We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and only with your knowledge and consent except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
