What’s new in 2022?

As we all enter into a new year, we’re excited to announce some of most product updates:

 

Proxxi Voltage

Tap-to-Mute

We are excited to announce a new feature for our Voltage Wristbands: Tap-to-Mute. With this new feature, your teams will be able to temporarily mute their wristbands without having to pull out their phones. 

Even if your team is not planning on using tap-to-mute, we recommend all users update to this newest firmware version as it includes updates that improve the wristband’s functionality. To update your wristband firmware, please follow these instructions.

Voltage Mobile App

In December we released our biggest app update yet. This new version of the mobile app includes all the same functionality, but in a more user-friendly interface. To watch our mobile app onboarding video for this new app, click here

Your update should be automatic, however your app requires manual updating, please follow these instructions for iOS and these instructions for Android. 

 

Proxxi Contact

Proxxi Contact Wristbands provide Social Distancing Alerts

Contact Mobile App

Our team has recently updated the back-end of the Contact Mobile App. If you have not used the app in the last month, you may need to reinstall the app.

You can reinstall following these instructions.

Contact Firmware

We recommend our Contact users check for a firmware update to ensure that they are on the most recent version. Firmware updates improve wristband functionality, streamline user experience, and add additional features. 

Firmware can be updated on individual wristbands, or in batch updates. More information on how to install firmware updates can be found here
